Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Say It Savage app, run by Say It Savage. By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard licence for App Store apps (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also applies.

Membership

  • Membership is a monthly auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store: A$12.99 per month in Australia. In other countries the App Store shows the price in your currency before you confirm.
  • New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Apple ID is charged for the first month.
  • After that it renews every month and your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before each renewal, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Manage or cancel any time in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple ID secure; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time (see the privacy policy).

Community rules

Savage to the situation, never to each other. When you comment or chat, don't:

  • harass, threaten, bully or target other members;
  • post hate speech, sexual content, or anything illegal;
  • share other people's personal information;
  • spam or advertise.

You can report any comment or chat message and block any member in the app. We review reports, and we may remove content and mute, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Content

Quotes, designs, wallpapers and other content in the app belong to Say It Savage or are used with permission. They're for your personal use: don't resell them or print them on products. What you post stays yours, but you let us show it in the app to other members.

Changes and availability

We may change or stop features, and update these terms. If we make a significant change we'll update this page and the date at the top. We aim to keep the app running, but can't promise it will always be available.
